Frequently asked questions

How do I order?+

Tap the WhatsApp button. The message already has a form for the names, date, venue, and the rest. Fill it in, send it, and pay by transfer or QRIS. We start as soon as the details are complete.

How long does it take?+

Basic and Premium are ready within 48 hours of receiving complete details, Exclusive within 24 hours.

How do I send invitations with guest names?+

Each guest gets their own link, e.g. …/i/laras-bima?to=Mr.%20Hartono. We give you a share page: type the guest's name, then copy the link or send it on WhatsApp. There is no limit on guests.

Where do RSVPs go?+

They're saved on the invitation: wishes show on the public wall, and the full attendance list is on a private page we send you.

Can I use it for events other than weddings?+

Yes: engagements, birthdays, aqiqah, circumcisions, thanksgivings, even reunions. We adapt the wording and schedule.

How long does the invitation stay online?+

12 months from when you first share it, plenty for the run-up and the days after.

How does the guest camera work?+

On the Exclusive package, guests take photos in the browser, with no app. Each guest gets 15 shots, up to 100 guests. Photos go to a private album whose link is only for you, and they are kept for about 6 months. Extra guests can be added later.
